well I found a new paint specifically for plastic. It is Krylon Fusion. I repainted all the yellowed plastic on my travel trailer white, no sanding required. This stuff rocks, it won't peel, looks great, actually better than new imo. Just thought I'd pass along the info.

usual disclaimer.

You would think with all the technology available today, they could make those plastic parts out of something that does not yellow.

Those yellow doors stick out like a sore thumb!

Thanks for the paint information. When mine starts to yellow, I will try the paint method.

I'm going crazy with this stuff.....

We just finished painting my neighbor's stationary bike that he had in his back yard under his patio. The plastic had yellowed and we painted it white. The plastic looks great. I'm tickled to death with this, Jumbo Jet, you are right about the plastic on the trailers, you'd think someone would come up with a different plastic or paint it from the factory. Oh well, until someone comes up with something better, we have Fusion. I was using a product by the name of "Oil Eater" it makes the yellow just run off of the plastic, just spay it on and wipe it up, follow with a spay of water and wipe that up. Worked ok, but nothing like this Krylon.

Take care,
