OK... so I slide my #12 plate all the way forward for a reputed gain of 40hp or so... . what's the difference in doing that and a #10 or #11 in stock position? Is there a fuel curve differece? If I run the 370's, should I change from the #12?

I originally had a #12 plate installed by BD (called thier 230\605 I believe). It was "nice" but wanted MORE. Take out #12 put in #11. Yes! actually YES! YES! Holy S*** look at those EGTs. Put in 4" pipe. Put in 16cm. Still high EGTs! I can't always watch the guage while passing with a trailer. Check plate position. All the way back right? No, wait, that's all the way forward! Slide plate back to mid position. That's better. On a long hill with the trailer it will climb slowly to 1500F. Dyno reads 338 RWHP. I can live with the compromise.
