Well I measured the voltage at the PCM orange/ Blue wire it was 0. 524 VDC. The APPS rheostat said 0. 658 VDC so adjusted it to be 0. 657 VDC this ended up being 0. 642 VDC not bad for now. My WOT ended up being 3. 822 VDC so this explains the 14 LBS boost that I am getting. So will work on that when i can.

Started the engine and ran it, still very poor oh well what can you expect from a ------ engine.

I was amazed how smooth the voltage went up and down so the poor running engine is in fact a result of the bad voltages going to the vp44.

Just need to find an electronics engineer who can tell me how to find an arc in a DC system. Easier said then done.

I would suggest a new IAT sensor. After doing the recalibration like you did, my truck ran like crap..... put in a new intake air temp sensor and it was day and night differance. With the Catcher, 32psi boost is normal top# with no boost elbow.

Re-clocking the APPS rheostat has no affect on manual transmission trucks. The PCM needs to see the correct voltage to control the auto. The ECM will automatically re-learn the high and low voltage and adjust accordingly. More detail here.

What problem are you trying to fix?
