Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) please estimate my hp

guys, i have barely found a dyno near my home town and will be taking my truck there in about a month. would you guys gestimate on my current hp with what i have in my sig. i know i know, every truck is different but just a generall ballpark area is what i am lookin for. would really love to be at 500 or more. thanks in advance.

my guess is 528-3/8 HP. 1002 Ft/lbs. . Just took a wild guess for fun. . Let us know when you dyno it will ya?

Not familiar with that turbo though. . Hopefully it will give enough air without too much backpressure. .

yeah i am sending it in to Industrail Injection this week and they are going to up grade it for me to either a silver bullet or a sps66. not sure which one i am going with yet.

I dunno what turbo that is. But I'd say with a silver bullet you'd be around 550 -575. I'll guess 515 the way it is.

I'd say around 550-560. Should have enough fuel the way it looks if you have enough turbo. Don't know too much about those turbo's though.

A friend just dynoed with pretty much everthing you have listed except his is 6 spd. He had 506 rwhp and little over 1000 torque.



That was on David Dunbar's dyno. What kind of dyno will you be on?

dont quote me on this but i am pretty sure its NOT a mustang dyno. i will find out tomorrow for sure. ok, to change the subject just for a sec, what would you guys go with in my situation with what i have in my sig. a SPS66 or the SILVER BULLET?

From what I've heard, go with the silver bullet. It's supposed to run better than the 66 on our trucks. I'd like to try one if I ever get the chance... then I need some bigger sticks
