2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Please Help

Leaking heater core on 1997 2500. Can someone direct me to info on how to replace the heater core? I hope the whole dash doesnt have to come out.

Check out issue 45 (if I'm not mistaken) it had a write up on how to do it and yes, the whole dash gets to come out.

My dad just went through this on his 2500. We live in South Florida so the heat is not really needed. We just looped the core out of the system and plugged it up.



If anything you can just loop it out of the system until you have time to fix it. It is a major PITA to replace!
