Please help

I new to owning a diesel and new to this site. I have a problem and I have no idea were to start. I have a 2006 dodge 3500 it has twin cp3s fass pump ats stage 3 injectors and aurora twins and a bully dog programmer. I was headed to the track sunday and my rail pressure max out and stays maxed check engine light comes on and i cant reset it. I change to a new programmer today no change. I can sometimes clear the light but when the truck is under a load it comes back on and loses power misses. help please !!!!

Who's Twin Cp3? Is Pressure sensor Rail mounted or Pump mounted, it may be the opposing FCA if the sensor is Pump mounted.

cp3s came from ats i had a diablo trinity in the truck it was reading through the computer not to sure were the sensor is.
