Plug it off wherever you want... . either at the wastegate actuator itself, or over by the AFC end of things. I chose to take a flat-blade screwdriver and loosen that one little clamp that goes to the hard steel line which goes inbetween the valve covers and over to the WG. After the clamp is loosened... . take the rubber hose off the metal line... and insert something smooth into the rubber line so you plug it off and don't ruin things. Tighten the clamp with the previously aformentioned screwdriver... . and plug off the metal line with a rubber nipple... . or zipple as some would say.
Depending on the year of your truck you will see some changes as to the location of lines and their routing... but the idea is still the same... . keep the boost where it needs to be (AFC, intake, etc. ) and keep the boost signal away from the WG actuator.
