Plugs or Tape?

well, i went to the dealer today and they thought i was crazy almost eh... i had to go to the parts counter, get the parts guy to run my VIN# to prove to the service advisor that there is suppose to be plugs and not tape. but they believed me then, and ordered the plugs. they say about 1 week to get them in. that part # crabjoe posted is correct. 16 pieces are needed
