In pic 1 you will see where the old horn was. You cannot put the horn here as it will get hit and bent by the hood the first time you slam it shut, in which case you may leave it there as it is now on a funny angle and longers needs to to be moved. To the left of this horn hole is another hole that also has the horn indexing hole next to it. (Was there a two horn option on these things?)
In the 2nd pic you will notice that the bolt passes through the fender hole first. This is needed as the horn has the threads on it. The bolt has edges on it that will scrape the paint to provide for a better ground. This vital as the manufacturer made a big hulabuloo about it in their instructions. Failure to do so will be death by the ubiquitous 5000lb ACME anvil.
There is a tiny adjustment screw to tune the horn to your liking. This was done since people seem to remember the 'BEEP-BEEP" noise differently. ALthough this screw can be turned many times. All of the sound can be adjusted in less then 1/2 turn.
You may need to lengthen your horn wire. These repo horns can be found on the web or ebay for around 60-80 bucks. Go with the one that looks like this one and has the adjustment screw.
