PM box troubles?????????

I realize the issues faced with the server but, Why is my pm box full when there is only one message in it ??????????

Empty the other folders, including the trash folder.

Can't find any trash folder, help.

Did you change the "show messages from" box to something other than "the last 10 days"? It is on the left side of the page...

Check Sent Messages Also

pwknapp, this trips up a lot of folks.



Remember to delete old messages from BOTH your Inbox and your Sent Messages folders. The system is set up to allow a maximum of 50 messages in your PM.
