po148 in 06, intermitent loss power, can fix?

I have had 148 code since last January. No one can find the problem. The local dealer gave up. Replaced pressure limiting valve last week. Didn't fix. After about 5 miles, I lose power for a while then it comes back good for the rest of the day. Has anyone seen this problem before?
