New air filter. I replaced the S&B oiled filter with a their paper filter just in case that was the problem.

Does the CS boost match the mechanical gauge? It should be within 1-1. 5 psi, and the CS should use manifold absolute pressure minus intake absolute pressure. Using that you can tell what the ECM is seeing.

The CS isn't hooked up at the moment. When it was it was off by 3-4psi and gradually match up to the mechanical gauge at about 15psi.

That tells me you have a sensor out of whack. I only have my truck to go off of, but it's higher on the ODBII than the mechanical gauge.

You should ask Edge if there is a way to look at the ambient pressure on intake and manifold to determine which one is bad.

I would guess it's the MAP thou, as the IAT sensor would have to be reading high for the code your getting, where the MAP could read low. I think it's more common for pressure sensors to read low than high.

Today I installed a new MAP sensor from Dodge, cleaned all the grounds (including the PCM to the block) and adjusted the valves ( I bought the barring tool awhile ago and have been meaning to do it when I hit 100k ). I took it for a drive and nothing showed up. Its hard to say because it has always been so random.

I would watch your mech and CS boost for a while, if they correlate better and consistently I would say you solved your problem.

Unless your sold on that Edge, EFI Live will wake that truck up and help that killer B spool, and can be used for diagnostic purposes. It can read, and record every sensor on that truck.
