PO606 code,

Having some issues, 2007 5.9 when shifting into overdrive at about 55 to 60, when it hits overdrive there is a vibration, feels like running rough, took it in for a diagnostic, mechanic said injectors 3 & 5 were bad, injectors have 15 months since remans were put in, but yet i look up the PO606 code and it states PCM/ECM (powertrain/engine control module) has detected an internal integrity fault in the PCM. could 2 bad injectors cause this fault or is my ECM or PCM bad, thank you in advance Doug

Likely 2 distinct problems that are not related. Integrity check does not always mean the ECM is bad, it could be caused by something else like a rub wire or shorted component.

Replace injectors with new not reman and see if that does anything for codes.
