Wow, what a difference!! Don't seem to smoke much down low and a lot less pedal input required now. Nailed it on the way home tonite ,saw 26 PSI right now and a cloud no darker then i had before... at ,if I was lucky, 19 PSI. Old sticks were pretty nasty looking for only having 135k on them, might try to post some pics of the tommorow and see what you guys think. Interesting, idle speed dropped approximately 150-200 RPM with no other changes, had to bump it back up, any ideas why? I'm thinking the messed up original sticks were restricting flow that much perhaps? Hopefully MPG's will come back to the 20 range, which is what all my other 12 valves got regardless of how hard I drove them, this one has not seen higher then 17. 5 since I got it.

Yes,

The OEM injectors with 135K on then were popping at about 140 bar and the POD's are going off at 160 bar.

Your OEM injectors are not even broken in yet. I pulled mine at 320,000. They still worked great, just a rough idle and hazey a little when cold.

I've had OEM sticks popping 1000# low, and all crudded up at 140K, so it depends on the load and driving.

GL, I think you mean 245 and 260bar for the stock and PODs, respectively.

the injectors in my trucks just tested at 250 bar and had 255 bar marked on the injectors. the 245 bar was scratched out..... does this indicate somebody messed with them powerwise?

It could have been an attempt to improve atomization. Though that would also increase pump stress and actually decrease fuel flow.
