MEDINA, MN (March 9, 2006) – Polaris is about to make history on the worldwide web. For the first time ever in the snowmobile industry, Polaris will introduce the Winning Performance of its 2007 snowmobile model line to the entire snowmobile community via live web cast on Tuesday March 14.
Snowmobilers worldwide will be able to log onto the Polaris website – www.polarisindustries.com – to see the new 2007's immediately after these incredible sleds have been unveiled for Polaris dealers at the National Sales Meeting. Learn about significant raw weight savings, new heart of the market power and how Polaris made the best even better. The news could not get any fresher.
A test webcast will be streamed on the Polaris website starting March 9, 2006, at 10 a. m. This test will allow users to ensure their computer is compatible with the webcast software and visitors are able to view the webcast on March 14. The history-making webcast will be streamed live on March 14 at 8 p. m. CST.
Aside from the web cast and the new 2007 model line-up, Polaris will also announce an all-new early order program designed specifically for spring buyers.
“Last spring we surveyed more than 10,000 snowmobilers and asked them specifically what they wanted when it came time to pre-order a new snowmobile,” said Polaris Snowmobile Marketing Manager David Johnson. “They gave us very specific insight into what buyers wanted and we are delivering exactly on those wants with this new program. ”
