Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Polaroid has sold their assets to the bank. I guess Polaroid couldn't compete with the digital age, since they don't hold the patent on digital. I bought a Kodak camera once that used some of Polaroid's technology and Polaroid sued them. Not long after that, I was instructed to send back the Kodak for a refund.
I guess I shouldn't be too down on Polaroid. Dr. Land paid a visit to Grammy and Gramps, many years ago, on the farm. It's my understanding that Land persuaded the grandfolks to invest in his ventures and they were not disappointed with the results. Thankfully there are no Polaroid stocks in the family any longer.
