Poor Cold Starts

My '92 Ram 250 just hit 60,000 miles and developed a cold starting problem. I have to turn the key 4-5 times now before it'll start up. Once it does, its fine for the rest of the day. Any ideas?

A little more info would be helpful.

How cold are we talking here?

Do your 'heaters' run/cycle like they should?

Do you mean you have to 'crank' it 4-5 times?
