Poor Guy - giving up on his Dmax

This poor guy up in Canada has hade a nightmare with his DMAX.

He indicates that there is no lemon law in Canada so he is stuck. Several folks have mentioned to him that he should get it here to the States and sell it so somebody here could get it fixed. If you buy a truck from Canada here in the US, I assume GM would honor the warranty? However doesn't the Lemon Law only apply to a new vehicle and the original owner or does it also apply to used cars?

General Screwups does not honor Warranties on Canada built vehicles. DC does, within tight rules governing accountability.

Ok this might be a dumb ? but I have never had it happen to me so how do you get all that diesel in the oil? somebody needs to talk him into a Dodge CTD not a POS PSD

Prob a bad injector. If they don't seat/close then the fuel runs past the rings and into the crank case.
