Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Poor Throttle Response Below 1800-2000 Rpm

Oo. Can anyone tell me where the MAPS sensor is located on the 01-24 valve engine, all of a sudden I have experienced a poor throttle response from idle up to 1800-2000 rpm, starts fine, runs good above 2000 rpm, so I'm thinking it's the MAPS sensor, but I don't know where it's located at, any help would be greatly appreciated.
