I will try torqueing track bar frame bolts first if I can find a torq wrench that goes that high I have one somewhere hope I didn't lend it to someone and forgot.

Be sure to check on that R46 recall , Its an issue with the track bar welds. There is actually six recalls on 2014 3500 to check on .

Torque the track bar bolt(frame end) to 275ftlbs

Is there a reason we should all check the torque on the frame wnd of the track bar? Does it come from the factory loose? Or does one of the recalls require loosening/tightening of this nut? What is the socket size? I'll crawl under there and check it

The track bar bolt is the one bolt most likely to make a popping noise while turning even if only a little under torque spec

Took truck to the dealer told them that R46 was preformed and I suspected something may be loose and they checked it out and found the track bar was moving so they retorqued and no more movement, also talked to the tech and he said this is not the first truck like this and he thought that after 2000 or 3000mi you should have torque checked. Thanks for the help.
