The rebuild kits for those are over $200, so it's not that great of a deal. They are around $500 brand new.

HERE'S ONE.

If you can pick one up for about $200 - $250 shipped, would be worth it.

Clutch packs, if necessary are only about $75.

Would still be 1/2 cost of a new one shipped.

If it needed spider gears, that would be a little more $.

It's rare to find bad spiders in a Powr-Lok, unless it got some real high miles.
