Possible bad rotella synthetic

OK, I'm not sure if this link will work, but there is a thread over on www.thedieselstop.com that deals witha bad batch of Rotella Synthetic. It's int eh General questions forum.

Just a warning regarding possibly a bad batch of Rotella Synthetic oil. You will know it by the very strong odor that it has. Possible bad batch #'s are SHA038-0717, -1814,-4362, and -6382. It was bought at a Walmart. I called Rotella's customer service and was told to replace it immediately and they would cover the expense.
