possible squirrel problem

Hello, I think I have a squrriel in my garage. I Think I do, so not to take a chance, I want to set up a havahart type trap. What is the best bait to lure with? I was thinking about peanut butter. Thanks in advance!

Peanut butter ALWAYS works for me. I'll bet I've trapped hundreds that way

Any grain will do. I would recommend a dog or cat. Careful, those bottom teeth are one inch long.
Sorry if this offends any one. We are over populated and the squirrles are causing problems around here. It's time to thin them out.

Those haveahart traps are great, they weigh just enough to sink everytime...

I have customers that buy raw peanuts from me and feed squrriels/ racoons. They feed them all year.
