Hello,
Looking to buy a 98 12v and when I look throught autotrader sometimes I can't tell if the truck is a 12 or 24v. I know some of the obvious clues like the badging on the side and of course what the engine looks like but in some listings the description is very vague or the pictures are useless. However, sometimes they state the VIN numbers. Is there a way to determine what 98's are 12 or 24 valves by decoding the vin?
Thanks and Happy holidays,
Dave F.
