Convoy To Englishtown Rollcall

Northeast MA/NH Pulls/Racing weekend Sept 23rd/4th

Well it was quite a long but awesome day down in E-town. Convoyed down from CT in normal sootin sideways out of toll booths fashion :) yappin on the CB's etc.

The Diesels were awesome, the monster trucks were great, the Jet powered truck and dragsters were un freakin believeable (200+ in the 1/4) the cool bus riding a wheelie down the 1/4 at 90mph+was bad arse.

Things I learned at Englishtown

1,Don't let your Diesel head buddies follow your truck! :rolleyes:



2, Moose's (Truck's LH) Antler is bent. , has a hanging tag light, has a 1st Gen badge on the tailgate :cool: (see above)



3,The 1320 doesn't care if your Torque Convertor Slips :rolleyes:



4, Some Duramax guys like to remove a Headlight, for some reason :confused:



5, There are some really cool big rigs out there, W/ Nice sleepers!



6, Cummins, Cat, DD and overs make some really BIG (Six Cylinder) Engines!!! (Also some really big Particle Filters!!) :eek:



7, Fleet Guard Makes a combination Full flow and Bypass Filter in one can, I don't know if it fits a 5. 9 :confused:



8, No Carnage is good for the racers, is dull for the fans.



9, Track food is costly and slow! :(



9, Class 8 Tow Trucks are really slooooow. :rolleyes:



10, There are Bigger Burnouts in the Stands than on the Strip :eek:



11, We need to get a, a place to meet the rest of the TDR gang, b, a TDR booth like the GLTDR had at indy, or c, a Cell Phone List so that we can meet up with every body ( That we want to see :-laf )

10, 3rd Gens Launch better in 4WD.



9, Show Tractor Trucks don't do anything but play Rap Music, Run against their Jake Brake, and Blow Their Train Horn, all Day & Night.



8, There are some really Quick Dump Trucks Out There.



7, VP44's can leak out the plate on the bottom of the pump. :eek:



6, Somebody at Cummins Metropower knows Dan.



5, EZ Pass is cool :cool:



4, The Cool Bus is way COOL! :cool: :cool:



3, Don't talk on the cellphone while the GPS is giving Directions.



2, This event is way cool! Oo.

Dayum moose pretty complete list. A few notable items I learned:



1-Soot is a very good tailgater deterrent :cool:



2-if your gonna watch the monster trucks near the wall make like a gallager show and bring plastic sheets or a tarp :eek:



3-Vinyl siding dosent melt like budwieser signs do ;)



4-moose clocks his TDR sticker instead of his turbo



5-If you cant make it as a wal-mart greeter, fill out an application at e-town raceway so you can sit in a public bathroom and collect tips for smelling poo :-laf
 
things i learned at etown

4 pick ups at a light blowing tires. is really funny

the englishtown cop is really a dick and needs to get layed.

TOLLBOOTHS are prime for doing burnouts out of.

Pits are toal mess to park in.

MY TRUCK IS REALLY HURTING

and my burn outs well... ... toally ****** the guys off
 
i ran a 14. 82 was the best run,2. 1 60 foot,almost 93mph in quater and 900 dollars on this too make it go fast was really happy on what she ran(i know i lifted her skirt up)
