Hey, ya' know that grease spec'd for the front driveshaft...?

My 98 was 7450 with the air ride hitch, full tank, and usuall assortment of junk behind the seat. The 06 weighed in at 8020 with a full tank of fuel and the usual junk (tranfered directly from one truck to the other) but no air ride hitch. Yet.
 
8220lbs 60gal of fuel 20k Reese 5th wheel hitch and myself (180lbs)

My original certificate of origin states 7379 shipping weight

10160 with aux tank ,utility boxes,and usual tools for const loaded in boxes. Rear bumper adds a little as it is 3/8 4x6 tube. A half ton Chevy bounced right off that bumper and the only fender bent was his:-laf

Nothing extra added whatsoever - bone stock.



It's an '07 3500 SRW Mega-Cab SB, 4X4 Laramie.
 
My '98 weighs 8020lbs. with a little under 3/4 tank of fuel, 150lb. New Holland weight rack on the front, 300lb. Ruenel bumper, no tailgate or rear bumper but with a reinforced stock hitch. :D



No weight on the '06 MegaCab yet, but I think I will try and hit the scales this weekend... ...
