LOL.... International engines going into GM's

What a bunch of babies!

OK - this was taken here in Vancouver Washington on Saturday 19 Feb 05 - you do the math ---- they really should be giving vasoline out with these $$$$$

$1. 84. 9 for regular - $2. 63. 9 for DIESEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You got it ALMOST 80 cents MORE than REGULAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will Kill the diesel truck market if it keeps up... ... maybe the oil companies know that since you get better mileage they are going to screw you for every bit they can - I mean punish you for not using as much... .....

hey Will... . you may already know this but... cambels sunoco on clay pike is ALWAYS cheaper than anywhere on RT 30... and if you fill up on Saturdays they run there $. 04 off a gallon deal, which isn't much but every little bit counts when your talking 40 gallon... ;)

What's the rest of that work at home sign next to the gas prices? I might have to do that so that I can spend $5000 a month to get to my real job! What I hate is when the paper or news says that gas prices MAY go up in the next week or month and BAM! up they go! It's like permission for the fuel companies to bump prices.

EXACTLY - can you believe all the oil companies have to do is put out an announcement and these lemmings who call themselves reporters - TELL THE STORY AS IS!!!!!!!!!!! They are a bunch of FOOLS!

$2. 25 a gallon around here... . if we shot a politician every time the price jumped a nickel I would bet that it would return to normal pretty quick!!

I believe that all fuel should be regulated through the Public Utilities Commission ( in CA ) like water, electricity and natural gas... it ain't a perfect system but it keeps the greed out of the equation.

$3.49 for Premium

So don't have a pic for a diesel price but was in San Ramon, CA yesterday and noticed there price for Premium full serve gas price. $3. 49. :--)

Time for a hybrid mini diesel car... oh yeah, how would I pull the horse trailer?

How long will the truck drivers and company owners put up with it until they call it quits and MAKE something change? I am over seas in iceland now and its not even two bucks a gallon over here, and everything fuel related is imported here. it doesnt make any sence to me at all. i get out in 3. 5 months and come home to start school, and i am looking into buying a dual sport bike cause i know i wont be able to afford the fuel bill. it would be nice to think the public will only tolerate so much, but it seems we are prety accepting.

Up to $2. 33 here at the Rotten Robbie on Foxworthy & Meridian! Thats a . 40 a gallon increase in the last 10 days!

Park those OTR rigs for a month or so and we'll see how fast diesel drops

Next time I go by there I'll snap a pic. That station has always been high, I have no idea why any one would use it. There are numerous stations right nearby that are cheaper (typically premium is about $2. 20-2. 60) but I guess they are the only one that does full service, big deal they check the oil and clean your windows. This station is about a quater mile from the chevron headquaters, and about 15 miles from the refinerys. Of which there are numerous in this area. It's been my experience that the stations near the refineries are the most expensive.

So lets see how long before this price creep makes it way back east and down south?? Time to invest in oil companies making windfall profits? I think that just perpetuates the problem. Pretty soon you'll be looking back to the day you use to just pay $3. 50 a gallon as the good ol days.

It seems to me that biodiesel is a viable solution to help dramatically reduce dependance on foreign oil. Why no landmark legislation from Republican congress and Republican executive branch on this issue?? Oh yeah, busy playing with social security right now.
