Posting a PDF page

How do you guy's post a PDF page like one from the service manual ?.

I use a screen capture program and save the portion of the image (PDF) as a jpeg file. I then use the go advanced button on the forum site to upload and attach it to the message I am sending.

windows 7 has a built-in program called snippet to do this. I use snagit from techsmith which costs ~30 bucks but it has a built in editor that I REALLY like and saves all your captures to a library if needed. runs on windows and mac.
