Lol every deer of ours that bit the dust has been converted to a Cummins.

Yup stock all the way, however it was bored 20 over. As for the my cheap engine stand I purchased just for this job, it worked fantastic, completely disassembled an reassembled the engine on it. Only problem was rolling the motor upside down while the head was still on, once it was off it became fairly easy, with a cheater of course!

Well the start up did not go that well must have tried a dozen times cranking the motor over until i got tired of holding my phone. I left a ground from the ECM to the battery off, as soon as I figured it out of course it fired right up lol it perrrrrs like a kitten now!!!!
