BLING BLING Trucks in Japan

I have 640x480 pics and I am trying to post some new ones on my readers rig site. It won't let me post them saying they are too big. How do I resize? Any help is appreciated.

Download http://www.irfanview.com . Save the picture as a .jpg file with a quality setting of 5. A 640x480 picture will fit no problem as long as you have the quality turned down. With a quality setting of 5 you won't notice any difference in the quality of the picture. You can actually get an 800x600 picture to post on the reader's rigs section whit a setting of 5. If you have a program like Photoshop or something like that you can do it in that as well.

Picture Posting instructions

Hey, this might be a little complicated but if you follow the instructions, it will work ok.

Create a readers rigs gallery by clicking on the readers’ rigs button at the top of the site. Follow the instructions on it. The Pictures have to be less than 122K you can find out how big they are by putting the mouse over the Pic and hold it there. A tag will appear to show you what size it is. If it is small enough, you can upload a Pic to the readers’ rigs.

Now, Have 2 windows of the TDR open, one to the posting, one to your readers’ rigs gallery.

In the readers rigs, find the Pic and I usually use #2 size. Open it, then in the Pic, right click it and select properties, a window will pop up and in the middle of it if the URL address listed. Highlight it, then right click and copy it.

Now go to the posting site

The code to do this is hard to show you without some "*" in-between otherwise you wouldn't see it... . so what you see, do NOT type the "*" the only space you type is in-between the SRC and IMG

Insert the URL of the Pic after the "=" by putting the cursor there and right click and paste. A "/" goes after the URL.

Here is what it will look like and a Pic of my truck below it.

<*img*src*=(URL)*/src*img>

<img src=https://www.turbodieselregister.com/user_gallery/sizeimage.php?&photoid=240&width=2/src img>

Or once you have the pic in the readers rigs section just click on the link at the bottom of the pic that says "Forums Codes" and you can copy and paste the text from that page into your post and it'll show up.

Dang steve, that is easier, I didn't see that iddy-biddy link at the bottom of the pics... .

Guess thats why you're the "Master" lol
