Weapons forum??

Steve,

I have and others have run into a catch 22 situation with uploading pictures to a post. If I attempt to upload the same picture for some other post I get a message that says that the picture has already been uploaded so I can't upload it again. This happens even if I delete the previous post with the picture. The message does not say how to access the uploaded picture so I'm stuck in a catch 22 situation that prevents me from using the picture. Am I missing something?

Thanks,

I haven't tried that. Another guy tells me he did and it didn't work. It still refused to upload the pictures even with different names.

Go to your user control panel and then on the bottom left you'll see a link for attachments. Click on that and then find the image you want to use. Right click on the filename and click on copy link location. Then go to the post you want the image in and type in {img} except with [ and ] in place of the { and } hit CTRL-V on your keyboard to paste the image location and then type {/img} except with [ and ] in place of the { and } . Hit post reply and it'll be there.

I did that, Steve, and it says I have no attachments. Yet when I try to repost them, I get an upload error that they already/still exist. Renaming their files on my computer first doesn't help, either.
