Posting Problem. Disconeccted?

I just love posting something thats a mile long. Then get disconnected. With this new forum upgrade I have to start all over again. Is there a way to save the info so I can go log on again?

Length of post ques

Ken,

on the "closed" thread, a question was brought up about the word length of a post. I clicked on the "check message length" and this post, after it was typed, did not give me errors but a previous one that I did this to, did. It was a short post and there was an "error" msg that said it was over the max length. Problem could be fixed by now.



Also, what is the MAX smilies we can use in a post? I had 6 in one post and had to delete them to get the msg to post.



TIA for ALL the hard work you persons are doing on these (minor - annoying) problems us users are "griping" about (just getting even from what my users give me each day !

EDITE for typing erreors (too many fingers on the hands tonite and maybe a bad keybd 2>?>?>?>

What I do when typing anything of any length and do not want to key it over I do it in MS Word and then do Edit and select all and right click mouse and click copy and then go to the TDR post and right click mouse and click paste and bingo! Save the Word file in your area in case you need it again.
