power and mileage

what would you get?? Im getting just ove 19 mpg around town and would be nice to see it go up. But I still want the most power gain for the buck.

If you are looking at power enhancers, a good start is a Smarty. Depending on what you want to do with it and how you use your truck you may want to hit the search engine on this website and check for what other modifications you may need. There a wealth of information here.
