I just got a 2004 3500 turbo diesel 4x4 dully with 3. 73 real end it has 46,000 miles on it. It is my first Diesel i have heard about the power curve. I pull a 2005 open road fifth wheel,fully loaded about 14,000. We live in Iowa so weather will be getting cold before long. Any suggestion any one has on how to keep it in good shape would help
