Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Power Edge EZ Pulse & Gauges???

Just ordered a Power Edge EZ Pulse and will be running on level one. I have stock manuel transmission and clutch. I have a fuel pressure gauge, but nothing else. What gauges do you recomend and what do they do. Boost and egt?? (what's that?) Should I not hook up the box until I have gauges and how do they connect? Thanks in advance for your help.

You would want Boost and EGT (Exhaust Gas Tempature) gauges to monitor these levels as to prevent engine and turbo damage. With these 2 gauges you can know at a glance if there is a problem and also you will know when to back off your throttle before something burns up. They are easy to install, all you need is a drill, tap and a few wrenches plus a gasket for the intake horn. If you do a search you will find a bunch of threads on how to install these gauges.
