Is there a difference in ez modules? I've seen them listed for years upto 2000, will these work for my truck? Thanks!

Matt, the EZ is made for the 2001's as well and would be an awesome power enhancement for your truck. The only difference that I know of, betwen the years, is the shape of the MAP sensor plug, three holes arranged either in a row or in a triangle. You need to purchase the EZ made for the 2001. The EZ was my first power mod. , that I added, after gauges. If you think that ETH moves now, you will be in for a suprise when you take your first ride with the EZ installed. Just be warned, member testing has shown that the ETH clutch will not stand up to much more than the EZ box.

Matt, like BigSaint said, the 2001 has its own model because of connector changes. You'll like the increase of just this box on a stock truck.
Check around, pricing is very competiitve.

tmpenner, get the EZ for your 01 and you'll love it. Got mine last weekend and wouldn't be without it. It takes off easy for warranty work as mine had to Monday and will again this coming Monday but as others have said it takes no time at all. I gained in mileage also. You do need to heed others warnings though, you get used to the added ponies in a hurry #ad

Matt, I've dyno tested 2001 trucks and found the performance improvement to be 66 to 75 horsepower at 2000 rpm on a truck like yours. This is a terrific plug in upgrade.

Nowel, did you find the loaner? I'm getting that little hankering to do something else to the truck. After Blair set me straight with my guage polarity, I think I need to see if I can get the EGT light to come on. I've tried with the stock engine and now maybe I need to try your loaner. I hope this BOMB thing is not addictive. HAHAHAHA
