It is great to see excellent customer service on the products we all buy. I lost the little blue jumper to my EZ box and freaked!
One call to Aaron over at Edge and a little ribbing later, I had two jumpers mailed to me at no cost. Had them in a couple days.
It turns out that the box will default to "most aggressive setting" when no jumper is present.
