I have the power edge box with the single button and 3 settings. Does the comp box plug into the the same connector under the dash or do you have to go with totally different wiring? Also, are these boxes any good?

Cory

Not sure by what you mean under the dash.

The wiring harness for the Edge Comp plugs in to the back of the Comp and leads out to the engine where the Comp plugs into the Map sensor, Fuel pump solenoid wire and the Data Communication link on the engine.

Yes, these boxes are good.

I wouldnt leave home without it!!

Cory,

yes you are going to need the COMP harness. It has the wiring for the CAN-bus data connector. The plug on the COMP is different than the Edge and even if they were the same you wouldn't't have the timing advance or low end fueling.

Does anyone know the power increases i should get with this box? The papers that came with it do not say. Just curious. Thanks again.

Cory

Thanks Bob, I was just trying to get an idea of where I am horsepower wise. I also got hi-flow injectors from scheid diesel but i don't know how much power they add either they did say they were more than the 275's but they did not say how much they add. The truck will get around 35psi of boost at wot. (don't run on level 3 much but i think its tops at about 35)
