My 1995 2500 4x4 5-speed has a #6 plate, Industrial injection turbo that has the wastegate set at about 40lbs, ATS 3-piece exhaust manifold, 4" straight-piped, and AFE cold-air intake. It has tremendous amounts of power but on the highway today I punched it and the power seemed to just drop off at about 2,250 rpm. I was thinking it might need a 3k spring kit, but I'm not sure...
