Anybody have have this problem? On my 01'the locks keep locking themseves. While i am driving every few minutes, you will hear the solenoids in both door activate. And when i lock the doors with the remote, they will lock like 3 or 4 times in a row. It rained here for 4 days straight so i am wondering if something got wet. Otherwise, maybe my factory remote keyring is malfunctioning. I am just glad it is only LOCKING itself and not unlocking itself while i am parked somewhere.
Before i start troubleshooting, has this ever happened to anyone here? and if so, what was it? Thanks in advance
 
My daughter's Accord did the same thing when the master door lock module got wet, but it was in the drivers door, window down when an unexpected T- storm pulled though. I think on our trucks it's under the dash. Anyway drying out the module didn't work. Honda wanted $360 for a new module, junkyard $40. Also try taking the batteries out of your remote and see if that's the cause.

EMDDIESEL, mine has done it only once. Wife and daughter were in truck waiting on me about a month ago and said the locks cycled several times. They thought I was messing with the remote but I didn't even have it with me. Truck was running but I don't believe it was raining or had anything to do with moisture. After that, I did get my spare key made right away though #ad

Mine has also done it. It's only happened once while I was driving it. It has not rained here in Denver... much and It has not happened since.

Let us know what happens... before I take mine in.

I called it the phantom lock.

For what its worth, also if you have an aftermarket alarm that lockson arming, you can get the same effect. I lived with this 6 month after I got my '98 with Lojack-installed alarm (they were using either Clifford or Crimestopper??) When I couldn't stand it I pulled all the connectors and put them in my way—problem gone... And I changed nothing in the Dodge harness!!
 
I had this problem with my truck it turned out the microswitch in the doors had a defect and moisture would set in and short them out, simple replacing the switches will be fine and also they replaced my CTM just to be safe. All is well now. On the same note however it has been brought to my attention that theves have figured this out and now just pop the lock so they can deactivate the securtity alarm; working on a fix for this one.

I pulled the power lock fuse (#13) and then put it back and the problem is gone. Drove the truck all day today and the locks were fine.
One thing i found out, when i pulled the fuse and tried to start the truck, it started, then died immediatlety and would not resart. Apparently when that fuse is out, the fuel pump does not run. I am guessing it has to do with the factory alarm.
