I'm listening too, I brought up the subject a week or so back and was told the same thing. . #ad

I know Mr. St. Laurent was one who replied positively.

I don't have any experience with PM, but if it's like the PE well you will need to watch your boost guage, if you don't have one, I'd be getting one and you need to watch your EGT's even more than the boost---the more informed correct me if I'm wrong here, but with the stock turbo you should use 40lbs of boost as your measuring stick of not to exceed, but I doubt you can obtain that for very long as your EGT's will be high, so you'll have to back off anyway---chris

What's with this Mr. stuff? #ad
I haven't heard anything about burning up the turbo. What you will see with the PM3 and DDIII's is extremely high EGT's. I have the PM3 and 275's (with a stock turbo and a straight 3" pipe) and I saw 1800 degrees on the dyno, on the street at WOT acceleration it will peg the EGT gauge at 1500 degrees about a half second before the end of the quarter mile (about 15. 5 seconds). Put DDIII's into that and it'll be even worse. My friend Briar Hopper has DDIII's and a PM3 with an HX40 on his truck right now but he's still working out the bugs with the turbo. You are starting to get into the danger zone with the VP44 pump IMO as well, I've just accepted that I might have to buy a new pump.

I haven't heard of any issues with the turbo. I agree with Steve though... I'd be more concerned about EGTs and your injection pump. I also have already accepted that I might be buying a pump. One thing I will advise is to do everything you can to help your engine breathe. Going from stock to an HX-40 (which I love by the way), a 4" straight pipe, and a psychotty air system made a big difference in performance.

I have been told once, that if i run the PM3 with the DDIII's that i will burn up the turbo? Is this true? Does anyone else run this setup? I dont have any doubt that the truck will fly, but i dont want to risk the turbo... If so i will get the DDII's and be happy with that. Let me know your thoughts.
