What can I expect in performance and fuel consumtion when installed in an auto trans. Some talk about the two not working together? Anybody know what injectors or in a 99 3500, thinking about switching to 275's.

Thanks, great site here!!!!!!

Thanks for the reply. I like to know what I'm getting into before I do something. I figured I would have to modify something, just didn't know what. Thats why I like this site, numerous amounts of knowledgeble people. Saves time and money listening to all the opinions.

Thanks Doug.

I ordered the 'adjustable TST box' but they refused to send it to me because I stated that I had a stock Automatic.
They really want to help us with the most power possible, but, they also don't want to blow up our 'trannys. ' I think that "TST" is a great company! I went ahead and installed an "EZ". My transmission shudders in 3rd with just about a 50+ HP increase. Can you imagine a 100 hp increase with the TST? I am very thankful to the 'gal' that refused to sell me their TST!

If you are driving an auto, you will need to modify the transmission to get full use of the PM3. A valve body would be the minimum, but a torque converter is also recommended. You can contact Diesel Transmission Technologies to assist you. Bill K is a good guy.

This is even without the injectors. If you put in injectors, plan on doing some other mods in an attempt to control EGT's. Things such as a Psychotty air filter and a 4"inch exhaust.

Hope I didn't scare you... ... ... .
