2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission power mirrors inop

ive been waiting on a time to fix these mirrors and finally decided to get it done. they are a set of factory heated and power mirrors on my 99, not towing mirrors. the heat works but no power functions. i searched high and low for a fuse or relay. i cant find anything. do i bought a mirror switch, but it didnt fix it. please help. am i over looking something. the ido fuse is good. i have no power going into the switch either. please help... .

CEpp, you need to verify that there is power going to the fuse, if there is and it's not getting to the switch, then your not going to have any fun. There are 7 differant places that I see in the diagram where you can have a bad connection, and that doesn't count if you have a broken wire. You should also make sure that you have a good ground on pin #8 of your switch. One other thing, do your ARM/DISARM and WINDOW/LOCK switchs on the drivers door work? That is if you have these. These switchs are on the same ground path as your mirror switch.
