power mirrors on non-power mirror ram

My 04.5 Ram is a st and does not have power mirrors. It has manual tow mirrors. I want to add power tow mirrors, is the wiring in the doors? What about switches? Thank-you!!

I would doubt the wiring is there, but pop off a door panel and take a look before you purchase the mirrors. To add the wiring would be a pain as you have to go from drivers door to passenger door and back.
