Wiil a power puck off an 01 work on a 02. I know that on edge ez you need an adapter.

Would this be a safe power upgrade with my other upgrades. Just want truck to pull good and not brake stuff. I know my stock clutch is the weak link thats left. The reason Im asking is I found one for a preety good deal

I was running a stock auto. which was fine until: 285 tires replaced 245's. Results:less performance. Van Aaken box(similiar),truck scooted,enhanced mpg. 1800 lb. camper:transmission shudder. Remove box:dog. Solution: transmission upgrade. If you don't tow or carry excessive weight you should be good to go. Truck will be a lot more fun to drive. Towing,you'll need gauges and probably a upgraded clutch.

I just noticed you're running 4. 10's. That may make all the difference. You've got substantially better tow gearing. I was running 3. 54's
