power pup won't download

Has anyone else had/seen this problem: got a powerpup for an 07. 5 tried downloading mon and wouldnt, said unknown vehicle, so we updated it to V 2. 1. 4 and tried it last night, same problem. This is a cab/chassis model mfg date 2/07. bullydog said try to update again but I'm skeptical

Call them back it needs a vin in it to work they can walk you through it.

got it fixed. the pickup needed to be reflashed. by the way it wasn't as impressive as we were hoping

The seat of the pants is not as great as it is with a 5. 9.
