power seat conversion for passenger side

why is it that dodge makes a 6 way power seat for the driver but a piece of crap for the passenger? only adjustment is up & back. anybody ever done a conversion or custom for passenger side. maybe the new models have it but mine is a 96. HELP my wifes back hurts.

Sam,that is exactly why we bought the leather pkg on our y2k. It was the only way to get a power seat on psgr. side. Wonder how it would bolt in on earlier models?
May find one in junk yard. Just a thought.
