do they make such a thing? when i go to vermont it's usally -1 degrees or less when i leave. my power steering pump screames and vibrates my whole truck for several minutes apon startup. any ideas from you guy's in the colder climates?..... james
Synthetic Valvoline is the way to go. It's compatible with the OEM fluid so there is no need to drain every last drop in a change. Just suck out the PS reservoir with a turkey baster and add the Valvoline several times with any amount of driving in-between suck outs till you have used up a quart. Will quiet things down and set you back $6.
