Power steering fix?

Anyone tried these? Are these even a direct bolt on for our trucks?

The "cylinder assist" looks interesting also, anyone have experience to pass along? My power steering after 3 or 4 hours on the road is next to non existant below 5mph.

I'm suprised with all the steering problems that not one person has any comment's about this stuff.

That's because the pumps are not the problem. If you clean the screen and add a Magnafine filter the stock pump will last a long time. Spend your money on a PSC box.

I have been satisfied with my PSC steering box, there have been several posts about PSC boxes in the last year, I have not seen a post from an unhappy buyer yet. The cylinder assist is popular on the off road boards but I haven't seen anyone here post with one, you might try looking on the "pavementsucks" or "pirate4x4" sites.

There is a procedure in the service manual to determine if your problem is with the pump, hydroboost, or steering box, something is worn out, sticking, or restricted.
