power steering hose replacement

Can anyone give me some info about the power steering hose replacement that has a dampner molded into it. I remember reading about it on here, but now I can't locate any info about it. The dealer can't seem to find any info about it either. Is there a TSB on it. If so, can some one give me the number. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give. This is my first diesel and I would be lost without the information that I have learned from the TDR.
